roasted green beans...


fresh green beans, trimmed
sliced onion
olive oil
salt & pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place green beans & onions on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil & sprinkle with salt & pepper. Toss lightly with hands. Roast until tender and slightly browned. Turn a couple of times during roasting.

A favorite!!!

That looks really good. With all the fresh green beans popping up around my area, I will be trying these this week! I love roasted veggies, too!

I made these as a side tonight with our Easter dinner!! GREAT way to have green beans!!!
